In accordance with the laws, in any legal action arising from these terms, the total liability of Handdy and its suppliers and distributors is limited to the amount you paid to use the services in question (or, at our option, the services will be provided to you again). Handdy and its solution partners and distributors are not liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.
